Turnstone Beach House can accommodate 6 people (7 with 1 person on an additional rollaway) and

Wave Retreat can also accommodate 6 people (7 with 1 person on a sofa bed) but comfortably holds 4 people.

Chartering is more convenient and cost effective if travelling in a group. The two houses are close walking distance for groups who wish for privacy but also the ease to meet with group gatherings.
